Fees & Fee Payment
It is necessary to be a member of LEND to participate in the INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL.
THERE ARE DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

ONLY PARTICIPATION: 180 euros
The fee includes the following:

Participation in all sessions of the Summer School

Lunches (August 24 and August 25) and Tea/Coffee breaks (see the programme)

All the summer school materials

Access to all the services at Finis Africae (swimming pool, gym, parking area, wifi)

Certificate of attendance
It is not permitted to consume food brought into the hotel from the outside.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SCHOOL AND ACCOMMODATION
2a) in a double room 430 euros per person (at Finis Africae)
380 euros per person (in a nearby hotel)
2b) in a triple room 390 euros per person (at Finis Africae)
340 euros per person (in a nearby hotel)
2c) in a four-bed room 370 euros per person (at Finis Africae)
Single rooms are available at a nearby hotel only at the cost of 440 euros.

Registration confirmation
The Registration can be considered completed and valid only after the receipt of the fee payment.
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

At a nearby hotel
Registrations will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Once the rooms at Finis Africae are all booked, accommodation (bed and breakfast) will be in a nearby hotel. During the summer school participants will use all the amenities and facilities at the Finis Africae and will have access to the restaurant for the meals.
Meals
Tea/Coffee-breaks, lunches and dinners indicated in the programme are included in the participation fee.
Lunches and dinners (two-course meals + dessert) are served at the table. Water is included.
Getting there
From Senigallia Railway Station to Finis Africae you can take BUS 3.
Shuttle bus service from/to Senigallia railway station
A shuttle bus can be arranged for those participants who require transportation to and from Senigallia railway station on August 23rd and August 26th. The service has to be requested on registration and will be paid for on arrival on August 23rd to the organizing committee.

As a participant in this event, you may be photographed.
With your participation you authorise the use of your images in photographs, videos and other reproductions.
Senigallia (AN) - Italy
By Plane:
“Raffaello Sanzio” Airport in Falconara Marittima, with daily connections to the main Italian and European cities (Rome, Milan, London, Munich, Paris) is only 15 km away from Senigallia. A shuttle bus service connects the airport with the closest railway stations.
By Train:
Senigallia is situated along the “Milano-Lecce” Adriatic line and the “Ancona-Roma” line. The closest railway station with services for disabled travellers is Ancona.
By Ship
The port of Ancona is situated 25 km away from Senigallia, with daily connections to Greece and Croatia.
By Car:
Senigallia is situated in the centre of the Adriatic Coast and is connected to the major cities in Italy and Europe by Autostrada A14 (Highway). Just exit the highway in Senigallia and take the by-pass road that goes around the city from north to south with exits in the main points of interest.
